As senior people and culture partner for Northern Europe, Andreas Herz oversees all people and culture responsibilities for the region and is also the HR business partner for the Northern Europe Leadership Team.

He has more than 20 years of experience in various HR management positions in the energy, real estate, consulting, food and tourism sectors and previously worked for such companies as TUI and PwC. He has in-depth expertise in the areas of HR management, HR transformation, talent management, personnel and organizational development, as well as change management and employee experience.

Herz studied economics at the Universities of Trier, Wolverhampton and Oviedo and holds a Ph.D. in political economics.
