Our 2023-2024 ESG Report examines Prologis’ longstanding commitment to responsible environmental, social and governance practices. ESG at Prologis is not a separate program or initiative. Instead, it is integrated into our business strategy, processes and KPIs, with robust data management and multiple systems to track our performance. Our integrated approach to ESG includes four pillars: we stay ahead of what’s next; we deliver sustainable logistics solutions to our customers; we inspire our people; and we build resilient communities.

Enabling a thriving future for our customers, communities, employees and the planet has been our focus for years. For the fifth year in a row, we’ve been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for ESG performance as one of the top 10 percent of companies in the world. Our dedication to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 has been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. We've also achieved some impressive milestones:

• We have more than 500 MW of solar and storage capacity across our portfolio.
• We have implemented net-zero-ready building design standards for 60 percent of new builds in 2023.
• We have installed efficient LED lighting across 74 percent of our portfolio.
• Last year, our employees donated more than 16,400 hours to community organizations worldwide.
