Nicoline Dechamps, MRICS, VP, Capital Deployment
Nicoline Dechamps is vice president, capital deployment at Prologis in Düsseldorf. Her core responsibilities are project development as well as the acquisition of properties in the German market. The second pillar of her duties is the development and expansion of the company's network with customers, brokers, and private and public landowners throughout Germany.
Prior to her transfer to the project development division and her role as vice president, capital deployment, Nicoline Dechamps spent three years since the beginning of 2015 as head of investment services for the region Northern Europe, followed by one and a half years as head of investment services Europe. Nicoline Dechamps has twelve years of first-hand experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Prologis, she was responsible for real estate valuation with a focus on retail facilities for JLL.
Nicoline Dechamps holds a degree in business administration (real estate economics) from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. Additionally, she studied business administration at CERAM in Nice and Thammasat University in Bangkok.
She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
